When you post a shift, we match it with suitable, pre-qualified Pros on our platform. Once a Pro accepts the shift, we facilitate the connection between you and them for seamless coordination.

Flexie charges a flat $10 service fee for every completed shift
e.g. If you have a 6-hour shift at $15/hour, the total cost would be $100 ($90 wages + $10 platform fee).
